This Flue Gas Collection Centrifugal Fan for a 60,000 Tons/Year
Polycarbonate Project is specially engineered for large-scale chemical flue gas
extraction systems. Designed for efficiency, corrosion resistance,
and stable operation, it features high-grade carbon steel or
stainless steel construction to withstand corrosive gases generated
during polycarbonate production. With an optimized impeller and
aerodynamic structure, the fan delivers high air volume with low
noise and energy-saving performance, making it ideal for
environmental protection, chemical processing, and industrial
exhaust treatment applications.
Product Features
1.This series of fans is a new type of high efficiency industrial
fan in the field of small flow and medium pressure.
2.The current collector and impeller front plate are processed by
advanced spinning process and ensure precision.
3. V-belt driving and coupling driving type fan are equipped with integral bearing box, which has good lubrication,
stable operation and long bearing life.
4. Equipped with tapered sleeve embedded pulley, easy to assemble and
disassemble.
5. The current collector is equipped with a mounting flange to
facilitate the use of the pipeline by the customer.
